The two-stage series Roots fan is a device composed of two Roots fans in series. Each Roots fan box inside has two opposite direction of the three-blade rotor, each three-blade rotor with two bearing support, the use of a pair of high-precision synchronous gear, so that the relative position of the two rotors always remain unchanged, and between the rotor and the rotor and the box to maintain a certain gap, no contact rotation. The rotor is driven by the synchronous gear of the side box, with the help of the "meshing" of the two rotors, the air inlet and the air outlet are separated from each other, and the closed gas between the box and the rotor is transferred from the suction side to the spit side. The gas in the working chamber is moved from the intake port to the outlet port without internal compression during rotation.
