In response to the space constraints in a chemical plant's workshop, Shandong Jianyu Heavy Industry recently completed the delivery of a custom-developed side-mounted JYRV rotary feeder. This equipment features a horizontal layout design, reducing the footprint by 40% compared to the standard model while maintaining a conveying capacity of 5m³/h and a working pressure of 0.6MPa. During the customization process, the technical team optimized the structure through 3D modeling, completing both design and production in just 12 days. The plant's equipment supervisor noted that the customized product perfectly fits the existing workshop layout and was installed and commissioned successfully in a single attempt.
