Based on the optimized design of the three bladed twisted rotor profile, the volumetric efficiency of Jianyu Heavy Industry's Roots blower has been increased to over 88%, and the synchronous gear transmission efficiency has reached 92%. All products in the series have passed the latest "General Purpose Roots Blower Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Grades" Level 1 energy efficiency certification, with a minimum specific power value of 5.6kW/(m ³/min), which is better than the international advanced level.
