Rotary feeder, also known as star feeder, rotary valve, etc.
Rotary feeder is mainly composed of shell, impeller, end cover, sealing device and other parts. Impeller usually has a plurality of blades, which are radially and evenly distributed on the impeller shaft. -The shell is generally circular, and there is a cavity in it that matches the blades of the impeller, and the impeller rotates in the shell.
When the impeller rotates, the material enters the shell of the rotary feeder from the feed inlet. With the rotation of the impeller, the material is separated by the blades and carried to the discharge port. Due to the small gap between the impeller and the shell and the sealing device, the materials can be sent out quantitatively and continuously in the conveying process, and at the same time, air leakage or material leakage can be prevented.
