A large feed factory in Shandong recently adopted a complete pneumatic conveying solution provided by Shandong Jianyu Heavy Industry to achieve closed conveying of raw materials such as corn and soybean meal. This solution integrates JYRV series rotary feeders, high-pressure fans, and intelligent control systems, with a conveying efficiency of 50 tons/hour, reducing energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional mechanical conveying. At the same time, the enclosed design avoids material dust, reducing the workshop dust concentration from 10mg/m ³ to 2mg/m ³, which meets national environmental standards. After the project is put into use, the raw material transportation cost of the feed mill will be reduced by 12 yuan per ton.
