The negative pressure pneumatic conveying system of Shandong Jianyu Heavy Industry has been successfully put into operation in an open-pit coal mine, where it is used for dust collection and conveying during the mining process.
Equipped with high-efficiency dust collection hoods and multi-stage dust removal devices, the system can reduce the dust concentration at the operation site from 80mg/m³ to 1.6mg/m³, which is only 1/5 of the national standard limit. Meanwhile, it realizes centralized recovery and reuse of dust, with an annual recovery of over 1,000 tons of coal dust. This not only improves the working environment but also creates additional economic benefits.
