In response to the high-pressure air supply requirements in the production of meltblown fabric, the three-leaf Roots blower custom-developed by Shandong Jianyu Heavy Industry has recently been delivered in bulk. This model adopts an optimized impeller curve design, with air flow covering 0.5m³/min to 100m³/min and a pressure rise of up to 59kPa. At a speed of 1200r/min, the noise is less than 85dB. A large meltblown fabric enterprise has reported that after the equipment was put into use, it not only stably met the production air pressure requirements of 30g/㎡ to 50g/㎡ meltblown fabric, but also saved 8% of energy compared to similar products, with an annual electricity cost savings of over 60,000 yuan for a single production line. Currently, the company has received the third batch of 12 equipment orders from this customer.
