JIANYU Heavy Industry's JYSR Series Three-Lobe Roots Blower Wins Industry Certification, Boosting Quality and Efficiency in Wastewater TreatmentIt is reported that the JYSR Series Three-Lobe Roots Blower is optimized by JIANYU Heavy Industry based on advanced domestic and international design experience. Covering multiple models including 50-450H and over 100 specifications, it features an air flow range of 0.5m³/min to 100m³/min and a pressure rise of 9.8kPa to 59kPa, with core advantages such as compact size, large air volume, low noise, and stable operation. Tailored to the needs of wastewater treatment aeration processes, the model adopts an epoxy resin-coated body + 316L stainless steel impeller design, paired with fluororubber seals, which can effectively resist trace corrosive components in wastewater and extend the service life to more than 8 years.
Currently, this series of blowers has been successfully applied to multiple municipal wastewater treatment plant projects across the country. Among them, the JYSR125 model supporting a 50,000-ton-per-day wastewater treatment project has a rated power of 30kW and can stably output 32m³/min air volume at 60kPa pressure. Equipped with a 1.5kW frequency conversion control system, it saves over 120,000 yuan in electricity fees annually and has gained high recognition from customers.
